Absence
I took a little time away from the world to handle some personal things. We’ll be back to posting in the very near future.
Things that have happened since I left:
- I’m 22 now.
- @DJ_View made the Unofficial #PurpleAlbum for me as a birthday gift. Get it here
- @MrCollinZZ kidnapped me and threw me a kickback. Real legit.
- I’ve gotten better at NBA 2K12.
- I’ve read and prayed a lot.

1st & 15th Absence
Our 1st & 15th writer @JustAriii took a trip to Las Vegas with a few of her closest friends and in her preparation for the extravagant journey, we decided its best for her just to catch y’all after her trip. Hey, sometimes its better to go live life than to sit behind a phone/computer writing about it. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Tyga – Careless World: Rise of The Last King Review
Tyga comes into 2012 with a lot of steam. After dropping multiple mixtapes, collaborating with Chris Brown, and showcasing his talents next to Young Money heavyweights, it is finally his turn. Tyga does not disappoint, however he does not exceed expectations either. Careless World: Rise of The Last King should be considered the album before the album. I predict Tyga’s next album will define him. Careless World: Rise of The Last King has its bright spots in “Rack City”, “Faded”, and “Make it Nasty” (If you get theiTunes bonus tracks). But at times he sounds too commercial on the collaborations with Chris Brown, and Chris Richardson. Tyga struggles with his flow at times; he impresses us all on “I’m Gone” featuring Big Sean. It sounds like a Drake track but he makes it his own. Since we’re mentioning Drake, listeners might here a little Aubrey influenced in Tyga’s intro song, and even in his interludes. Tyga finally has found his niche with club records, but he has to deliver strong bars to accompany them, and other songs. The album is set up like any other typical YMCMB album, so expect some commercial songs that don’t fit Tyga. One thing about the album that should not be overlooked is that it is West Coast! That’s right; memories of B Real, Tupac, and other old West Coast artist can be heard in Tyga’s voice. Tyga is not yet complete, but Careless World: Rise of The Last King will give him an opportunity for a sequel.

Nobody should EVER out work you. Period.
After having some time alone with my thoughts, I came to the conclusion that nobody should EVER out work you. From the time you’re born until the time you die, you can work. It may not always be a job, but you can always be working at something whether it be school, sports or your hobbies. It bothers me to see my generation with this preconceived notion that everything in life is easy and doesn’t take hard work. The problem with our generation is that we’ve never had to work for anything. There hasn’t been a huge civil rights battle. We haven’t had to deal with the horrors of slavery. As a generation, what happened that we had to work to change? I can’t think of anything. I’m sick of everyone shouting how they’re going to be a millionaire but they refuse to do the work. Hell, I doubt half of you even KNOW how to work. Far too many lack ambition, patience and the work ethic. You may not be the fastest, smartest or the strongest, but you can work like you are. I’ll be damned if I lose a position to another person because they out worked me. Could you imagine losing a 6 figure job because you couldn’t stay off Facebook for 1 hour to read the company manual? Me either. Even when I procrastinate I’m working. *insert shameless plug* ( http://www.theartisticinsanity.com/ ). I challenge ever single one of you to REFUSE to let anyone EVER work harder than you. No days off.
